4. Wines will be delivered within 2 - 5 working days. Someone over the age of 18 must be present at your delivery address to receive the delivery. A contact telephone number must be supplied for the use of our currier.
5. Discounts: Contact us if you envisage a large order. Contact us for trade prices. Retrospective discounts are not possible.
6. All orders are accepted subject to availability of stocks. We endevour to ensure we only list in stock wines on our order pages. When high demand overtakes supply we will advise you of a shipment date and offer a refund if you prefer not to wait for the replacement stock.

In the event of non-payment by the Buyer by the due date,Piedmontwine.com. shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where the goods may be and recover possession of them.
12. Shortage, pilferage, breakage and non-delivery : No claim can be entertained unless notified to the carrier on delivery and to Piedmontwine.com. within three days of receipt or seven days from dispatch. All defective goods must be held for inspection.
